Monticello Property Management understands that quality tenants are the cornerstone of a successful real estate investment. We don’t rush to put just anyone in your property. We utilize a meticulous screening process to insure that only the best candidates are approved (including running current credit reports on all adult applicants and verifying employment, income and former landlord references).

Bookeeping

Our property management software is highly regarded in the industry. Each property owner receives detailed monthly and year end financial statements showing all rental income, invoices and disbursements.

Filling Vacancies

Rental inquiries and requests for property tours don’t just come in during normal business hours Monday thru Friday. Monticello Property Management employs a 24/7 call center. Our experienced staff respond to calls and show rental properties 7 days a week. This approach turns qualified leads into tenants qucikly and efficiently.
